Ms Sangeeta Khinder is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who practices both privately at our new location in the City of London and in the NHS at The Whittington Hospital. At her NHS trust, Ms Khinder is lead for Gynaecology Oncology and Deputy Lead for Colposcopy. Her roles also include Lead for Women’s Health and Maternity Services Clinical Guidelines Committee (MCGC).
Ms Khinder has vast expertise in the following gynaecology areas; minimal access surgery, management of ovarian cysts, fibroids, pelvic pain, heavy periods, abnormal bleeding after the menopause, outpatient hysteroscopy, colposcopy and abnormal smears along with scanning for both early pregnancy and gynaecology
Ms Khinder is passionate about patient safety and experience and is an advocate for women’s choice.
In her spare time, she enjoys pilates and dance.
Ms Michelle Swer joins the team from St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust where her role is a consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist. She holds the post for Care Group Lead for Gynaecology and is also part of the Abnormal Invasive Placenta Regional Service.
Ms Swer graduated from Trinity College, Dublin and trained for Obstetrics and Gynaecology at a number of reputable London hospitals. Her expertise is in early pregnancy and gynae scanning after having completed two years as Clinical Research Fellow at UCL. Ms Swer has publications and book chapters in both early pregnancy and obstetrics.
Ms Swer feels privileged in being able to help women through all aspects of their reproductive life.
Her main interests lie in ambulatory gynaecology including scanning and outpatient hysteroscopy, early pregnancy and menopause.
Rhonda Flemming is an experienced consultant having worked for over 6 years as a consultant gynaecologist and obstetrician within the NHS at The Whittington Hospital and also holds the post as the Ambulatory Gynaecology lead. Ms Flemming provides gynaecological services across general gynaecological issues including fibroid management, polycystic ovarian syndrome irregularities, postmenopausal bleeding, pelvic pain and early fertility care.
Ms Flemming has specialist expertise in early pregnancy care, emergency gynaecology, hysterosocpy and advanced labour ward.
In addition to treating patients Ms Flemming is actively involved in the training of junior doctors and medical students and is married with 3 children.
Miss Wilson trained in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in north and east London. She has worked as a consultant gynaecologist at The Whittington Hospital since 2011 where she is ‘labour ward lead’. She provides a range of services for women including caring for those with concerns in early pregnancy, emergency gynaecology problems and longstanding conditions. She is trained in gynaecology ultrasound and laparoscopic surgery.
Miss Wilson is passionately interested in women’s experience and safety through all stages of pregnancy. She also holds the position of Royal College Workplace Behaviour Champion.
Mrs Pisal has worked as a consultant gynaecologist and obstetrician for over 15 years. She currently works in the NHS as Senior Consultant at Chase Farm Hospital. Privately, Mrs Pisal sees patients at The Portland Hospital for Women and Children in Central London and the BMI King’s Oak and BMI Cavell hospitals in Enfield, North London.
Her areas of expertise include recurrent miscarriage, early pregnancy management, management of heavy periods, fibroids, pelvic pain and endometriosis and advanced hysteroscopic and laparoscopic surgery including robotic surgery. Mrs Pisal also undertakes her own ultrasound scans and has expertise in gynaecological and pregnancy scanning.
Mrs Pisal is the Service Line Lead for gynaecology services at Barnet Hospital.

Mr Pisal is keen to make a difference within his profession, his philosophy is to provide his patients with the best possible care at every stage of their journey, ensuring a calm and reassuring experience.
Mr Pisal is well published and works as a clinician for gynaecological cancer at The Whittington Hospital and is actively involved in teaching and training medical students and doctors in training.
In his spare time Mr Pisal enjoys running and has run marathons raising money for charities, in particular The Whittington NHS Trust, Ammalife, The Eve Appeal and Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust.

Edel joins the London Gynaecology team as an experienced sonographer – her current position is deputy Ultrasound Manager at Southend University Hospital (NHS Trust).
Having relocated to the UK from Ireland in 2011, Edel studied BsC (Hons) Diagnostic Radiography and Imaging at University of Hertfordshire. In 2017 she began to specialise in Ultrasound completing a Postgraduate diploma in medical Ultrasound at City University London. Edel has worked in roles as a diagnostic radiographer in A & E and CT scanning.
In addition to her current NHS position where she sees a large number of early pregnancy patients and performs emergency gynae scans, she has worked in the Essex community across several GP surgeries performing abdominal and gynae ultrasound scans.
Edel’s scanning expertise is in abdominal, urinary tract, obstetrics and gynae and she has a special interest in early pregnancy and emergency gynae scans.
She is passionate about ensuring patients feel comfortable and at ease during appointments while treating them with compassion and kindness.
In her spare time, Edel’s hobbies include eating out, shopping in Oxford street, travelling and walking her dog Rufus.
Laura is fully certified nutritional therapist, who has worked in nutritional therapy for 7 years, she qualified at the prestigious Institute for Optimum Nutrition, which is recognised as one of the leading centres for nutritional training and education.
Laura has worked with London Gynaecology over the last year and supported our patients and their treatment plans with targeted nutritional intervention.
Laura became passionate about supporting pregnant women during her own pregnancies, noticing first hand the difference the right nutrition and supplementation plan can make. She has since treated numerous pregnant ladies with a range of pregnancy related conditions including; endometriosis, polycystic ovaries, weight management, anaemia and gestational diabetes.
Jennifer brings to London Gynaecology extensive experience, having worked as a Senior Staff Nurse on surgical medical wards (specialising in gynaecology) at busy London private hospitals.
Prior to becoming a nurse, Jennifer worked in private banking but left her role to pursue her dreams of becoming a nurse and training in the NHS.
In her spare time Jennifer enjoys singing in her local choir, long walks together with her dog Ernie and cooking a range of cuisines – Indian dishes being her favourite!
Daisy has 10 years of experience helping elderly women before moving to London in November 2020. Although working in gynaecology is new to Daisy, she is passionate about her role and being part of the London Gynaecology team where is dedicated to looking after patients and supporting women’s health.
In her spare time, Daisy is also a professional singer, singing at weddings. She enjoys walks and hikes with friends and has hiked one of the hardest mountains in Ireland called Croagh Patrick (4th tallest mountain and an important site of Pilgrimage in Mayo Ireland). Daisy also likes travelling and loves animals.
Shauna has previously worked at a prestigious London private hospital where she gained much of her gynaecology experience from assisting consultants with different gynaecology procedures each day.
Shauna also has experience in the infertility field from working in Harley Street gaining great knowledge and understanding while supporting the wider nursing team, patients and consultants.
Shauna’s hobbies consist of travelling and seeing new sights, she also enjoys spending time with her loved ones and dog Lexi.
Emma has worked with London Gynaecology for many years and was responsible for developing the brand identity and very first London Gynaecology website in the beginning. Today her role extends to running the entire business and marketing of the practice, ensuring that the business operates as smoothly and efficiently as the clinical side.
Emma has 2 young children who keep her busy when she’s not at working with the team at London Gynaecology.
Aminah leads our city clinic as Clinic Manager since its opening in early 2021.
Prior to becoming Clinic Manger, Aminah’s main role was a medical secretary while supporting the admin team. Aminah has a first class degree in Biomedical Science and has a natural interest in the medical field having undertaken roles at Royal London Hospital and Barkers Chemist.
Aminah enjoys keeping fit as well as travelling abroad and experiencing different cultures.
Abby is our HR and Admin Team Lead and ensures the clinic runs smoothly while providing support to the wider admin team of practice secretaries and students in addition to leading the HR across the company.
Abby joined the team in 2017 as our first ever student administrator then a Junior Medical Secretary, progressing to Medical Secretary and now HR and Admin Team Lead. In this past year, Abby completed her Masters in Human Resource Management and Organisational Analysis – she has a degree in Ancient History from UCL, and worked with us as an Admin Assistant during her third year of studies.
In her spare time, Abby enjoys playing netball, baking and travelling to and exploring different countries.
Maria is part of the administrative team ensure a smooth patient experience at London Gynaecology, Maria has worked in private healthcare since 2012 and has enjoyed various roles in mental health and elderly care.
As a part time psychology student, she enjoys weekends away, country walks as well as occasional baking for friends.
Dawn is the practice manager at London Gynaecology and is responsible for running the practice and overseeing the administrative team, whilst ensuring a seamless service to patients at every stage of their visit.
Dawn joined the team in 2016 and has extensive experience spanning over the last 12 years working within busy private hospitals in London.
In her spare time, Dawn enjoys travelling, cooking, baking and sitting down with a cup of tea while watching CSI.
Snehal has completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science and has over 3 years of experience in various roles supporting business development and maintaining quality assurance.
In her spare time she enjoys gardening with her two lovely daughters Rajvika & Yashwika. Snehal loves reading, traveling, trekking & cycling (particularly in the Himalayas with her husband and cycling as a family). Snehal considers her greatest achievement out of love for cycling, completing the Lifetime Expedition by cycling the highest motorable road in the world covering all three passes (Manali to Khardungla).
Prior to joining the London Gynaecology team in September 2021, Julia had been working in childcare for the past year and prior to this had also worked within student accommodation as part of an admin team in a role that required first-class customer service skills.
Julia joined London Gynaecology as Receptionist in our City of London clinic and after gaining valuable experience has transitioned to a Medical Secretary.
Outside of work, Julia enjoys the gym, travelling, exploring new places, and language learning.
Marion oversees the financials at London Gynaecology and looks after the financial health of the practice.
Marion has worked in both private and NHS healthcare across both gynaecology and maternity for over 15 years and has an excellent understanding of how women’s healthcare works.
Marion has worked for Mr and Mrs Pisal for over 10 years and is a key member of the London Gynaecology team.
Marion is a mother of two children, she enjoys flower arranging and taking her lovely dog Ruben for walks.
Omar is part of the administrative team and helps to deliver excellent patient experience. He is currently studying at UCL for a PhD in Mechanical Engineering (Nanopharmaceuticals in Women’s Health, Prevention of Pre-Term Birth via Transdermal Progesterone Administration).
In his spare time, Omar enjoys taekwondo, boxing, language learning and poetry.
Kim has been a PR professional for over 20 years and has big brand experience spanning healthcare, parenting, interiors and technology, working both agency side and in house.
Now, as a mum of two boys, Kim is a PR consultant and helps London Gynaecology share its knowledge and expertise to a wider audience through media.
